Dear Keith and Siobhan,

Thank you for organizing an excellent conference. I was re-energized by the

exchange of ideas and have a few new techniques and materials I want to try.

I can only imagine how much work it is to host an event like this. Of course

I have put the Speedmixer on by Christmas list, but that is one expensive

toy!

Hi Keith,

We made it back to Winnipeg and we had a great time visiting London and Paris, although we had trouble finding a few things in Paris. We must have walked 20 km before we found the Eiffel Tower etc. The highlite of the trip was the conference though and I can’t thank you and Siobhan enough for inviting us and being such gracious hosts. I learned so much and I will be presenting info to the surgeons I work with here soon. Your textbook is great, I am reading it cover to cover and I may have a few questions for you in a bit. It is very well-done and I commend you for your open, sharing attitude. It is rare to find that these days. Teaching is so important and we do need to pass techniques on to others don’t we. It is also extremely important to give credit where it is due. So many, many thanks and I hope if you do hold another Forum that you will include me. It does give you some positive reinforcement that what you are doing does make a difference. It is extra special to hear that from your peers. I would also like to interview you for the In Focus column for the AAA. I managed to do 4 interviews while I was there, so once I get them done I will be in touch to do yours.

Thank you very much for your email. I´m very glad if my presentation was interest for my coleagues. I was very happy to participate on your conference and I got a lot of interest knowledge. Keith, that conference was like a concentrate (condenser)! It was realy great oportunity to meat friends, exchance experiances, and learning all those interest topics. In my opinion would be very nice and useful to have that conference every three years. I know there was a lot of work for you and Siobhan, I can just congratulate for excellence organization and atmosphere. Sorry because my answer was late, I´ve been in the on-site study in the Jönköping University for two weaks and I came back home in Saturday.

And finally, I´d like to say, your new book is a treasure of knowledge in the field of anaplastology!!!

  I am sorry that I am only e-mailing now, but I have come back

  to a roller coaster! I want to thank you both for a great and

  informative time. There is nothing that I could improve on what

  you've created and put together - a GREAT forum. I also want

  to thank you for squeezing me in at the last minute. I

  thoroughly enjoyed the forum and also enjoyed England a

  great deal. I am only sorry that I did not have the book from

  Keith autographed. I apologize for not having said goodbye

  properly as it was quite chaotic for me the last half an hour to

  leave on time for my plane. There is not much to say about the

  topics, the speakers and the way everything was organized

  except that it was exceptionally informative, interesting,

  well presented and of a very high standard. Could I please ask

  you to keep me informed of any upcoming courses, forums

  and anything else of interest? I would also like you to know that

  the Forum was a real eye opener and I am working through

  your excellent book. By the way, this is the second book written

  by you that I have. Greetings, and thanks once again.
